CNA Specialists

CNA Specialists needed a program to record HUD inspections. Properties that receive funding through HUD are required to be inspected annually. The application will allow the user to simply check off the deficiencies found along with a comment. Reports are then available that list the deficiencies, their severity and more. HUD also has a scoring system that this application has followed, allowing the inspecting company to know right away how well or poorly the property is doing.
